Role Responsible:

To provide clients with compliant, commercially focused, pragmatic and practical advice and guidance on all areas of human resources and employment law in order to ensure that clients follow best practice where possible and to reduce the risk of litigation.

· Provide a bespoke employment law advisory service to clients in relation to all areas of Human Resources and Employment Law

· Develop and maintain a relationship with each client based on confidence, trust and respect with sensitivity for the customs, practices, culture and personal beliefs of others whilst maintaining the distinction between a personal and professional capacity

· Work flexibly and to timescales when delivering advice and communicating with clients.

· Visit client’s premises when authorised to do so in order to deliver secondary services. These may include, but are not limited to principal visits, delivering training sessions, to act as a ‘third party’ conducting disciplinary, grievance hearings and appeal hearings or any other reasonable activities as required by the client.

· Prepare and issue to clients the appropriate bespoke documentation in relation to the needs of the client and the case

· Keep up to date with developments in employment legislation, human resources best practice and relevant case.

Skills:

  • Experience in providing Employment Law advice or consultancy service.
  • Have good organisational and time management skills, coupled with excellent interpersonal.skills
  • Be enthusiastic, customer focused and a dedicated team player.

Familiarity with employment laws and regulations
Ability to negotiate and advocate on behalf of clients
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple client cases

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £32,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
